I'm Caitlin Taffs, an Art Director and Photographer who has recently returned to Sydney after spending the last thirteen years in the United States. Throughout my career in the fashion industry, I have developed a strong expertise in overseeing creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery. My passion lies in bringing ideas to life, ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly and with precision. I am highly organised with strong project management skills. My meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality standards ensure the delivery of visually compelling, large-scale campaign work that resonates with audiences.

I possess a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop design teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation. I thrive on guiding projects to fruition while maintaining high standards of quality. My keen eye for design, combined with my leadership capabilities, allows me to consistently produce outstanding results.

I have been fortunate to receive mentorship from the exceptionally talented Erik Torstensson, the Creative Director & Co-founder of FRAME, who provided me with opportunities to develop my photography skills and the tools to excel in that role. Additionally, I gained valuable insights from marketing visionary Jens Grede, the driving force behind SKIMS. Throughout this journey, I have made significant strides both in my craft and in my passion for creativity. I am eager to explore the next chapter of my career.
